Welcome to Callfloo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Callfloo website, platform, APIs, and associated services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Services

Callfloo provides a business orchestration platform incorporating AI virtual receptionists, smart routing, and communication memory. You agree to use these services only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, including telecommunications and privacy regulations.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must ensure that any AI prompts, scripts, or configurations you input do not violate third-party rights or generate illegal, offensive, or discriminatory content.

3. Telecommunications Compliance

As a user of Callfloo's virtual phone numbers and SMS features, you are strictly prohibited from using the platform for spam, unsolicited marketing, spoofing, or fraudulent activities. You must comply with all carrier guidelines, including A2P 10DLC registration requirements for SMS messaging. Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination.

4. Payment and Subscriptions

Services are billed on a subscription basis. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize Callfloo to charge your designated payment method. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the end of the current billing cycle. Interaction Capacity (IC) limits apply based on your selected tier.

5. Intellectual Property

The Callfloo platform, including its software, design, and AI orchestration logic, is the exclusive property of Callfloo. You retain ownership of your business data, customer contacts, and custom AI prompts configured within your account.

6. Limitation of Liability

Callfloo is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free AI interactions. In no event shall Callfloo be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues arising from your use of the Services.
